SENIOR SESSION FEES

The Session Fee is a separate charge for the Photographer's time and expertise to create poses for your selection, and is not refundable.

V.I.P. SESSION ... $21

Exceptional Variety! Bring your uniform or props from your favorite sport or hobby! Come dressed in your first outfit, bring two more changes and be ready to have fun! You'll choose from multiple backgrounds, sets and props.

Traditional head and shoulders poses are combined with contemporary three-quarter and full-length poses.

You'll choose ten poses to make your final portrait selections from. Thirty minutes is reserved for your V.I.P. Session. For the Senior who demands the most for their dollar!

This session includes a FREE Cap & Gown Session in the Spring, when you have your own cap and gown.

V.I.P.Plus SESSION ... $37

For the Senior who desires the Ultimate Senior Portrait Session. Come dressed in your first outfit, bring up to four more changes.

All the features of the V.I.P Session ... and more! Bigger variety of poses ... use more backgrounds, sets and props. We'll go outdoors for some of your poses ... you can even be photographed with your vehicle!

You'll choose fifteen poses to make your final portrait selections from. One hour is reserved for your V.I.P.Plus Session. This awesome session is reasonably priced for so much variety!

This session includes a FREE Cap & Gown Session in the Spring, when you have your own cap and gown.

ADD A FRIENDSHIP SESSION ... $15

Add a "Friendship" Session to your V.I.P. or V.I.P.Plus Session. Bring a friend ... or up to three, and we will create five special poses of you together! Order from your favorites. It's Fun! Must be completed at the time of your original Senior Portrait Session. Friendship Session completed at a time other than during your V.I.P. or V.I.P.Plus Senior Session ... $35

ADDITIONAL ALBUM POSES ... $10

We'll create five additional poses to provide you with a larger variety of poses for your Senior Keepsake Album. Available only with your V.I.P. or V.I.P.Plus Session. No additional outfits. Must be completed at the time of your original Senior Portrait Session. Additional Album Poses completed at a time other than during your Senior Session ... $15

SENIOR NAME PANEL POSES ... $10

If you'll be ordering a Senior Name Panel, these poses must be added to your V.I.P. or V.I.P.Plus Session to be sure the right poses are available to our Artist for the creation of your panel. No additional outfits. Must be completed at the time of your original Senior Portrait Session. Name Panel Poses completed at a time other than during your Senior Session ... $15

PREVIEW POSES DURING YOUR SESSION

Our Professional Quality Digital Imaging Equipment allows us to let you preview your poses on our large 19" computer monitor (not a tiny LCD camera screen), making sure they turn out the way you like, before leaving our studio! Throughout your session, you will be reviewing your poses, choosing which you wish to keep or delete. If a Parent or someone else would like to have input, they must be present during your session.

ABOUT YOUR SESSION TIME

The time for your session (as noted above) is reserved exclusively for you. Your session time begins at your scheduled time (not when you arrive). Please arrive ten minutes early, dressed in your first outfit with hair (and make-up) done, ready to be photographed.

ABOUT "QUICK PROOFS"

After completing your V.I.P. or V.I.P. Plus Senior Session, "Quick Proofs" will be printed before you leave. Our studio policy is to check "Quick Proofs" out to you for three days, allowing you and your family to make your final portrait selections in the comfort of your own home. We don't require you sit through a high-pressure sales presentation.

No deposit is required to take the "Quick Proofs" home! Be sure to take the time to make your pose selections while you have the proofs checked out.

MESSAGE TO PARENTS:

In almost the blink of an eye, your senior will be graduating and going off to college! This Senior Year is one of the most important and memorable years of your child's life, marking the culmination of many years of hard work in the relentless pursuit of that important high school diploma ... the first step toward a bright and prosperous future.

As parents, we know the struggles you've experienced along the way. That's why it is important to us that you are informed and included in your child's Senior Portrait experience. Alongside your Senior, you should begin planning as early as possible. We urge you to be involved throughout the entire process. Be sure to check-out your options for Senior Portraits.

If you don't have a family photographer, you'll want to do some comparison-shopping. Visit other studios, and look at the portraits created by the photographer who would be photographing your senior (sometimes the work of multiple photographers is used for display). Compare the quality, value and style between studios, and choose the one that you feel is the most appealing, comfortable and offers true value for your hard-earned money.

We would certainly appreciate the opportunity to be your Senior's Photographer! We respect each Senior's individuality and personality, and work hard to create uniquely individual memories for each of our clients.

Since we use only Professional Quality Digital Imaging Equipment, we have the ability to allow you to edit poses throughout the session, viewing them on our large 19" monitor (not a tiny LCD camera screen). When you are involved throughout the process, including being present during the session, you can rest assured you will have portraits that thrill both you and your Senior. To back that up, if we can't create poses you love, you don't pay for the session. It's just that easy!

Life gets hectic, and we understand that you're busy ... often Seniors complete their session without a Parent being present. If this is your choice, and your Senior is happy with their poses at the end of the session, we are unable to do a retake at no charge. Every Senior has the opportunity to reject any poses they don't like during the session.

We know you have many choices ... but don't trust your Senior's Portraits to just anyplace or anyone. We've been doing this for 28 years, and we know what makes it great ... an awesome experience with awesome results. That's what you'll get here. Period.

FAQ's

WHAT CLOTHING SHOULD I WEAR?

Select outfits that reflect your personality! Be prepared to do some full-length poses during the V.I.P. or V.I.P.Plus Session. Check out the Senior Clothing Guide, "Putting Your Best Face Forward" on the "Tips" page of this website for more info.

SHOULD I BRING PROPS?

If you select the V.I.P. or V.I.P.Plus Session, you can help us capture your unique personality by bringing your tennis, cheerleader, football or band uniform, surfboard, rollerblades, instrument, snow board, skate board ... or any other props reflecting your interests.

CAN I BE PHOTOGRAPHED WITH MY VEHICLE?

Absolutely! You can be photographed with your vehicle during the V.I.P.Plus Session!

CAN I BRING A FRIEND?

You may add a Friendship Session to your V.I.P. or V.I.P.Plus Session for an additional $15. Order from your favorite pose(s). This special price is available only when your Friendship Session is completed at the time of your original Senior session. See above for details.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT WHICH SESSION I WANT?

After scheduling your appointment, should you decide on a smaller session, if you call to notify us 72 hours prior to your appointment time, we can change your session type with no penalty. Otherwise, you will be charged for the session time you have reserved. If you want a larger session, we may have to schedule you for another day.

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CHANGE MY APPOINTMENT TIME?

We understand life is unpredictable. We will move your appointment time once without penalty. However, we will require you to pre-pay a non-refundable session fee to hold a time-slot for you a third time, regardless of the reason.

ATTENTION: 2009 REDLANDS EAST VALLEY SENIORS

Lasting Impressions is honored to have been chosen for the ninth consecutive year as Your Exclusive Senior Portrait Photographer.

Only Senior Portraits taken by LASTING IMPRESSIONS will be accepted for inclusion in the Odyssey. You are under no obligation to purchase portraits from us, and you will not be pressured to do so!

If you don't wish to purchase Senior Portraits from our studio, you can be included in the yearbook at no charge:

Make an appointment for our exclusive Free "Yearbook Express" at any time up until the yearbook deadline established by your Yearbook Advisor. Available for those who wish to be included in the Odyssey, but don't care to select a yearbook pose or purchase portraits. One Yearbook Express per student. No proofs or choice of poses. Image is submitted to your yearbook. No portrait orders accepted; no images are retained by the Studio.

The only firm rules regarding clothing are made by your yearbook staff, and apply only to your yearbook pose:

(1) No hats
(2) No spaghetti straps or strapless tops
(3) Men must wear a shirt with a collar
(4) A necktie must be worn with letterman's jacket.

* If you're wearing a tie, you must either arrive with it pre-tied or know how to tie it.

Because we will be photographing your entire class, in addition to the V.I.P and V.I.P.Plus Sessions described above, we can offer a special Yearbook Session for those of you who want only head and shoulders poses and no clothing changes.

YEARBOOK SESSION ... $15

For the Senior who wants to select that important yearbook pose, but wants only head and shoulders poses with no clothing change and no props. Choose from five poses. Ten minutes is reserved for your Yearbook Session.

No proofs are printed for Yearbook Sessions, so be prepared to select your yearbook pose from our monitor during your session. Portraits may be purchased from this session.

REV SENIORS:

We're excited about working with your yearbook staff again this year! They consistently produce an extremely high-quality yearbook to provide you with treasured memories throughout the years.

Lasting Impressions will be supplying your yearbook staff with photographic equipment and materials for your yearbook, as well as our photographer's time in many instances. These goods and services are provided at no charge to your school, in return for the privilege of photographing your class. Our contributions to REV will be made possible through your patronage.

REV PARENTS:

In addition to the Message to Parents above, we would like to reassure all REV Parents that, while it is true that your Senior must be photographed at our studio to appear in the REV Yearbook, you are certainly under no obligation to purchase portraits from us. We understand that you may already have a family photographer, and we respect your desire to continue your tradition with them. Please be assured that Seniors who come to our studio for yearbook only sessions are treated with the same respect as those who are purchasing portraits from us.
