SENIOR SESSION FEES
The Session Fee is a separate charge for the Photographer's time and expertise to create poses for your selection, and is not refundable. Prepayment of the Session Fee is required to schedule your appointment (**see details at the end of Session listing)..

Thirty Minutes is reserved for this "Traditional" Session

Add a Friendship Session ... $16.00
Add a "Friendship" Session to your Senior Session of thirty minutes or longer. Bring your BFF... or up to three friends, and we will create five special poses of you together! Order from your favorites. It's Fun! Must be completed at the time of your original Senior Portrait Session. Friendship Session completed at a time other than during your Senior Session ... $37.00.
Additional Poses ... $11.00
We'll create five additional poses to provide you with a larger variety of poses when you purchase a Senior Keepsake Album or "My Book". Available only during your Senior Session. No additional outfits.
Session Prepayment **
Non-refundable pre-payment of session fee is required to schedule your appointment. You may pay by phone with a credit card or at the Studio with cash or credit card. If you need to reschedule, we will move your appointment once without penalty, IF you call to notify us at least 72 hours prior to your appointment time. Otherwise, we will not be able to move your appointment or refund your session fee. Please understand that we have turned-away others while holding time for you.

Preview Poses During Your Session
Our Professional Quality Digital Imaging Equipment allows us to let you preview your poses on our large 19" computer monitor (not a tiny LCD camera screen), making sure they turn out the way you like, before leaving our studio! Throughout your session, you will be reviewing your poses, choosing which you want to keep or delete. If a Parent or someone else would like to have input, they must be present during your session.
About Your Session Time
The time for your session (as noted above) is reserved exclusively for you. Your session time begins at your scheduled time (not when you arrive). We do not double-book appointments, but we do schedule session back-to-back. Please arrive ten minutes early, dressed in your first outfit with hair (and make-up) done, ready to be photographed. If you arrive after your scheduled time, your session will have to be rescheduled for another day.
About "Quick Proofs"
After completing your Senior Session, "Quick Proofs" will be printed before you leave. Our studio policy is to check "Quick Proofs" out to you for three days, allowing you and your family to make your final portrait selections in the comfort of your own home. We don't require you sit through a high-pressure sales presentation.
No deposit is required to take the "Quick Proofs" home!
Be sure to take the time to make your pose selections while you have the proofs checked out. If, for any reason, pose selections cannot be made during the three days immediately following your session date, we recommend you ask to check out the Quick Proofs at a time more convenient for you. A $75 non-refundable payment toward your order is required to check out the "Quick Proofs" a second time, if they are still available.
If no order is placed from your Senior Session, the images will be deleted from our system after three months, and no refund will be made.
MESSAGE TO PARENTS:
In almost the blink of an eye, your senior will be graduating and going off to college! This Senior Year is one of the most important and memorable years of your child's life, marking the culmination of many years of hard work in the relentless pursuit of that important high school diploma ... the first step toward a bright and prosperous future.
As parents, we know the struggles you've experienced along the way. That's why it is important to us that you are informed and included in your child's Senior Portrait experience. Alongside your Senior, you should begin planning as early as possible. We urge you to be involved throughout the entire process. Be sure to check-out your options for Senior Portraits.
If you don't have a family photographer, you'll want to do some comparison-shopping. Visit other studios, and look at the portraits created by the photographer who would be photographing your senior (sometimes the work of multiple photographers is used for display). Compare the quality, value and style between studios, and choose the one that you feel is the most appealing, comfortable and offers true value for your hard-earned money.
We would certainly appreciate the opportunity to be your Senior's Photographer! We respect each Senior's individuality and personality, and work hard to create uniquely individual memories for each of our clients.
Since we use only Professional Quality Digital Imaging Equipment, we have the ability to allow you to edit poses throughout the session, viewing them on our large 19" monitor (not a tiny LCD camera screen). When you are involved throughout the process, including being present during the session, you can rest assured you will have portraits that thrill both you and your Senior. To back that up, if we can't create poses you love, you don't pay for the session. It's just that easy!
Life gets hectic, and we understand that you're busy ... often Seniors complete their session without a Parent being present. If this is your choice, and your Senior is happy with their poses at the end of the session, we are unable to do a retake at no charge. Every Senior has the opportunity to reject any poses they don't like during the session.
We know you have many choices ... but don't trust your Senior's Portraits to just anyplace or anyone. We've been doing this for 31 years, and we know what makes it great ... an awesome experience with awesome results. That's what you'll get here. Period.
FAQ's
What Clothes Should I Wear?
Select outfits that reflect your personality! A combination of casual and dressy outfits give you a nice variety. Be prepared for 3/4 and full-length poses. Men: If you are wearing necktie, it must be pre-tied or you must know how to tie it. Should I Bring Props?
Absolutely! You can help us capture your unique personality by bringing your tennis, cheerleader, football or band uniform, surfboard, rollerblades, instrument, snow board, skate board ... or any other props reflecting your interests.
Can I Be Photographed With My Vehicle?
Yes! You can be photographed with your vehicle during "The Extreme" Senior Session!
Can I Bring A Friend?
Of course! You can add a Friendship Session for an additional $16. Bring up to three friends. Order from your favorite pose(s). Available only when your Friendship Session is completed at the time of your original Senior Session. (see above for details).
What If I Change My Mind About Which Session I Want?
After scheduling your appointment, should you decide on a smaller session, if you call to notify us 72 hours prior to your appointment time, we can change your session type with no penalty. Otherwise, you will be charged for the session time you have reserved. If you want a larger session, we may have to schedule you for another day.
What If I Have To Change My Appointment Time?
We understand life is unpredictable. We will move your appointment time once without penalty, if your notify us at least 72 hours prior to your appointment time. Otherwise, we will not be able to move or refund your session fee. Your prepaid session fee will be forfeited if you don't keep your second appointment, regardless of the session type or reason.
